Data Privacy and Compliance

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate draft medical documents based on user-provided input. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and is provided solely as a drafting aid. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of any generated document. The document must be reviewed by a medical professional.

User Responsibility and Human Review Requirement

The user acknowledges and agrees that all documents generated by the Service must be reviewed, verified, edited if necessary, and approved by a licensed healthcare professional before being finalized, signed, issued, or provided to a patient or third party. For all purposes, the healthcare professional is deemed the author of any finalized document generated using the Service. The healthcare professional remains solely and fully responsible for the content, accuracy, completeness, and legal or medical validity of any document generated using the Service.

No Legal or Evidentiary Reliance

The Service does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any generated document will meet the requirements of courts, insurance companies, regulatory authorities, or other third parties. Any use of generated documents for legal, insurance, compensation, or evidentiary purposes is undertaken at the sole risk of the user.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party artificial intelligence providers, including large language models, over which Doctor's Timesaving Toolbox has no direct control. Doctor's Timesaving Toolbox makes no representations or warranties regarding the outputs produced by such third-party systems.

Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Doctor's Timesaving Toolbox and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doctor's Timesaving Toolbox shall not be liable for any claims arising from medical decisions, professional judgments, legal disputes, insurance claims, medical malpractice claims, professional negligence, loss of income, insurance claim denial, or regulatory actions based on documents generated using the Service. In no event shall Doctor's Timesaving Toolbox be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doctor's Timesaving Toolbox, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any document generated using the Service; (c) your failure to review, verify, validate, or approve AI-generated content; or (d) your violation of applicable laws or professional obligations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's operation or availability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent permitted by law, the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
